PERSONALIZATION
At ALPHA Technical Gear, we offer our customers the opportunity to customize their gear according to their preferences and specific needs. Whether you're looking for a simple customization with your name and number on the back of the jersey or you want to create a unique design, we're here to meet your expectations.
Our customization process begins by sending mockups to clients on Wednesdays and Thursdays, after payment has cleared on Mondays. On Tuesdays and Fridays, we are available to respond to your feedback by email and make any necessary corrections to ensure the mockups perfectly match your expectations.
Once you've approved the mockups, we'll move into production the following Friday or Saturday. We'll keep you informed of the estimated delivery time, which you can find in the "Delivery" section of the "Info" tab on our website.
All customizations are possible at ALPHA Technical Gear. We can send you color charts to help you make your choices. If you have specific ideas, please let us know and we will do our best to make them come true.
We use the sublimation process to personalize your equipment. This technique involves impregnating the textile fibers with inks, which ensures that the markings or logos do not peel off, as they are directly incorporated into the fabric.
For logos you wish to add to your custom equipment, please note that we are not responsible for the right to use these logos. This is why the validation of your model, the "good to print" commits you to take full responsibility for what you ask us.
The final quality of the logos on your equipment will depend on the quality of the logo you provide us. We have some well-known logos in our logo library, but when we don't have them, we ask you to provide them to us. The ideal format for achieving the best quality is vector format, provided by the logo owner.
We appreciate your business and remain at your disposal for any questions or customization requests. At ALPHA Technical Gear, your satisfaction is our priority.
Please note that the client is responsible for any errors not detected during the validation of the proof. We encourage our clients to request confirmation if in doubt before final production.
