Delivery times

We want to inform you transparently about the delivery times of your orders so that you can plan your purchases as best as possible.

For products in stock, our team is committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. We operate according to a precise schedule: Monday is dedicated to processing order payments, Tuesday to updating emails, Wednesday and Thursday to creating customer mockups, and finally, Friday is reserved for shipping orders. These operations are essential to ensuring the smooth running of our services.

However, for out-of-stock products, please note that restocking may take between 4 and 8 weeks as a guide in addition to the processing time indicated above.

As for custom orders, we make every effort to meet your expectations. However, please take into consideration our busy schedule and the approval of customer designs. Once the designs are approved, the factory lead time is 4 to 8 weeks, as a guide, before your order is shipped from our premises.

Please also note that final shipping handled by external transport companies may result in additional delays beyond our control.
