General Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
The company ALPHA Technical Gear SAS, registered in the trade and companies register under number 949 474 415 of Mont-de-Marsan, whose registered office is located at 23 rue Jules Ferry, 40260 Lesperon, FRANCE, hereinafter referred to as "ALPHA Technical Gear", operates the website accessible at the address https://www.alphatechnicalgear.com/. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between ALPHA Technical Gear and any person wishing to make a purchase on the ALPHA Technical Gear website, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".
2. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all commercial transactions concluded between ALPHA Technical Gear and the Customer. They prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by ALPHA Technical Gear.
3. Products
The products offered for sale by ALPHA Technical Gear are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may occur in product descriptions and photographs, and ALPHA Technical Gear cannot be held responsible for them.
4. Price
Product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and excluding delivery charges. Prices are subject to change at any time by ALPHA Technical Gear.
5. Orders
The Customer places an order on the ALPHA Technical Gear website by following the online ordering process and filling in the mandatory fields. The Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order.
For orders that include custom products, it is important to note that order cancellations are not possible once the customer has received the first mockup, marking the start of the computer graphics work. From this point on, no refunds or credits will be issued.
For non-personalized products in production but not yet delivered, the customer can request an exchange or credit within 14 days of order confirmation. Refunds are not available for these non-stocked products.
6. Payment
Payment for orders is made by credit card via the ALPHA Technical Gear website or by bank transfer for orders placed by email. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment by ALPHA Technical Gear. Partial payments are only accepted for orders intended for clubs/associations or professionals, and only if the invoice amount exceeds €5,000.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated on the ALPHA Technical Gear website as a guideline. ALPHA Technical Gear strives to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. This right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
9. Liability
ALPHA Technical Gear cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold on its website.
