The measurements provided in our size guides represent the dimensions of the items themselves and not your body. To correctly choose your size, we recommend that you take a similar garment that you already own and that fits you well. Place it on a flat surface, such as a table, and measure it using the same reference points as in our size guide. Then, compare your measurements with those in the guide to select the most appropriate size.
